• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Project Managers to understand project requirements and Statements of Work. • Assist in developing and reviewing solution documentation, ensuring clarity and accurate time estimates. • Develop and install data management software, including databases, variables, calculations, reports, and data entry forms. • Verify software functionality to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and project specifications. • Document all project activities and deliverables in the project management tracking system. • Travel the 10% of the time national or internationally to attend different events.

• Support the design, build, and configuration of Epic Willow Ambulatory and Inventory modules for outpatient pharmacy and medication workflows • Assist with medication master data setup, inventory configuration, dispensing workflows, and charging interfaces as applicable • Translate current-state workflows from MEDITECH and eClinicalWorks into optimized Epic future-state designs • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to ensure workflows align with clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and operational goals • Support medication and inventory data conversion activities from legacy systems into Epic • Participate in validation of converted data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability • Develop and execute test scripts for unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Support go-live preparation activities including workflow walkthroughs, end-user validation, issue triage and resolution • Provide at-the-elbow support during go-live and early post-live stabilization periods • Work closely with pharmacy stakeholders, clinical leadership, revenue cycle and supply chain teams, Epic technical and integration teams

• Build and maintain site prioritization frameworks • Recommend where and when we invest, with clear gating criteria tied to customer demand, supply dynamics, and portfolio fit • Use customer leasing intel to set targets and expectations for near and long-term leasing based on existing and potential inventory, including customer by customer build ups • Triage customer-led and proactive opportunities; shape asset positioning (size, phasing, power, schedule) and advise on leasing strategies for target sites • Aid in the creation of Market Development inputs for Board presentations, Monthly Business Review meetings and other executive briefings • Update and maintain site comparison analyses and total cost of ownership (TCO) models to inform strategy • Produce customer materials and portfolio fit assessments that position our sites credibly against customer requirements and timelines • Partner closely with Market Strategy, Investment, Energy, Public Policy, and Sales to align inputs and pressure-test assumptions; incorporate market intelligence into site-level strategy • Maintain an up-to-date view of the NA pipeline (sites, risks, decision timing) and provide regular readouts on trends in market activity and their impact on portfolio performance, ensuring optimal utilization of inventory • Handle additional duties as assigned by Management
