Mortgage Processor, Account Manager
Deephaven Mortgage
• Act as the main point of contact for the broker once the loan has been submitted • Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness • Collect and verify all documentation required for initial and final loan approval • Proactively manage the Estimated Closing Date and keep stakeholders informed • Prepare and submit initial, conditional, and final loan packages to underwriting • Maintain timely and professional communication with brokers, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) • Process change of circumstance requests within SLA timelines • Convert and organize loan documentation using Encompass • Send Notices and Counter Offers to brokers as applicable • Work closely with Account Executives, Underwriters, and Closers to ensure a seamless process • Order and review necessary services and verifications • Ensure the highest level of broker and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
- Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of current regulatory compliance requirements
- Organized, analytical, detail oriented, and self-motivated
- Manage pipeline to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and quality
- Complete responsibilities effectively and efficiently with minimal direction
- Manage daily tasks to ensure business needs are consistently met
- Present self in a professional manner and interact with all levels of organization and outside contacts appropriately
- Comply with Deephaven policies and procedures
- Adopt the Deephaven culture that contributes to an environment of teamwork and promotes a positive company image to external customers
- Complete all assigned training by required dates
- Wholesale experience preferred
