Distro
• Platform Development & Enhancement of design, development, customization, and improvement of the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with business stakeholders gathering requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions. • New Feature Development & System Optimization: Build new functionality while proactively enhancing existing automations, code, performance, and user experience across Salesforce. • Technical Leadership in Coding Decisions: Participate in and influence architectural and coding decisions within the development team. • Field Service Lightning (FSL): Apply advanced FSL expertise to improve scheduling, dispatching, and field operations. • System Integrations: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and external systems. • Project & Task Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize work in partnership with internal teams, balancing urgent needs and long-term strategy. • Release & Environment Management: Manage deployments, sandboxes, change sets, and version control to ensure stable and seamless releases. • Task Management Using ClickUp: Use ClickUp to manage work items, track progress, and coordinate with the development team.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development, specifically with Apex or Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Advanced English level (C1)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex technical solutions with minimal oversight.
- Platform Developer I (PD1) – desired
- Platform Developer II (PD2) – desired
- Salesforce Administrator
- Any additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Lightning
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security (roles, profiles, sharing rules).
- Proficiency with data tools like Data Loader and Workbench.
- Experience with API and integration technologies (REST, SOAP).
- Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Field Service Lightning
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Strategic mindset aligned with business goals.
