Salesforce Solution Architect
Guidehouse
• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions, including configuration of Public Sector Solutions, complex data models, integrations, and automation. • Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover business, functional, and technological needs. • Provide pre-delivery support, including effort estimates, staffing recommendations, and solution envisioning. • Own the Salesforce solution architecture and ensure alignment with platform best practices. • Support RFP responses and proposal development for Salesforce engagements. • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless hand-off and execution of solutions. • Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and accelerator development. • Stay current on Salesforce product releases, acquisitions, and emerging capabilities. • Engage with Salesforce and partner ecosystems for implementation strategies. • Evangelize Salesforce value across industries, including public sector, healthcare, and financial services.
Job Requirements
- Active Salesforce architect accreditations and ability to achieve additional certifications upon hire.
- US Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance for federal projects, if applicable.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, or a minimum of 14 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including: 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience in agile environments.
- 5+ years of external consulting experience.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across systems.
- Experience writing user stories and designing Salesforce integrations and data migrations.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
