Business Development Representative

EVA Commerce Inc.

• Conduct outbound phone calls, text messages, and emails to engage prospects and book appointments with KADs • Create and send personalized video messages to increase engagement and generate excitement for potential meetings • Develop and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce brands and Amazon sellers • Perform market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunities • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking lead progress and sales performance • Upload data from spreadsheets or WhatsApp into the CRM as needed

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least a year of sales experience
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in Amazon, eCommerce, or SaaS
  • Ability to present confidently and negotiate with decision-makers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable creating and sending short, professional video messages for outreach
  • Candidates must be based in the Philippines
