Social Media Lead

Skyrocket Studios PH, Inc.

• Lead end-to-end social media strategy and execution for organic and paid campaigns across platforms. • Use audience insights and platform analytics to inform content, targeting, and ad spend strategies. • Execute A/B tests and campaign optimizations to improve engagement, CTR, and conversions. • Guide campaign setup, media planning, and optimization. • Stay current on platform algorithms, features, and best practices. • Build and execute SEO strategies focused on technical, on-page, and off-page optimization. • Perform keyword research, site audits, competitor analysis, and content optimization. • Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and retargeting platforms. • Lead creation and optimization of video and display ads across Google Ads, YouTube, and social platforms. • Launch targeted email, SMS, and CRM campaigns using various platforms. • Plan and manage influencer campaigns, collaborating with creators aligned with brand goals. • Mentor team members in digital marketing strategy and campaign execution. • Lead strategic development and contribute digital marketing expertise in client pitches and presentations. • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and conduct market research.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing across various channels, including social media, search engines, SEO, and paid media.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media management tools, and SEO software.
