Partner Solutions Architect
Saviynt
• Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter • Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy, Incident Response Policy/Procedures, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures, Mobile Device Policy, Account Management Policy, Access Control Policy, Personnel Security Policy, Privacy Policy • Enable partners on Saviynt products • Work on development of joint solution offerings • Conduct workshops to create sales plays and technical solutions • Provide best practices and address feasibility related questions on integration architecture • Contribute to partner-led Product Marketing, webinars, and blogs • Work proactively with product management teams to understand the roadmap and influence the roadmap based on partner requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related areas, or demonstration of equivalent knowledge such as technical certifications from ISACA, (ISC)², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Security Engineer, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years previous Solutions Engineering or Implementation experience.
- Proven track record in enabling new and existing partners/ distributors.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and written.
- Domain expertise - Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or, Cloud Security preferred.
- Experience in the Identity Governance and Administration domain with a firm grasp of its concepts such as Identity Life Cycle Management, Entitlements Management, Access Request, Workflow, Policy and Role Management, Access Certification, Audit, Reporting/Analytics, and Deployment Scenarios is preferable.
- Superior communication, relationship, and partner/customer service skills that result in the ability to rapidly assess needs and sell solutions with/through sophisticated Partners
- Ownership and management of technical team relationships within existing and prospective partners.
- Exemplary technical skills enabling configuration and rapid problem-solving in the field including:
- Database query experience in a relational database environment (MySQL and Elastic Search)
- Basic understanding of Groovy, PowerShell, and Graph API
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols and standards including SAML, OAuth/2, SCIM, OpenID, WS-Trust, SPNEGO, x.509, SPML, Kerberos, REST, JSON, and others that facilitate Single Sign-On (SSO), ID federation, etc.
- Understanding of data governance concepts and compliance regulations such as GDPR & CCPA
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and security frameworks such as SOX, NERC-CIP, HIPAA, Cobit, Center for Internet Security (CIS), Cloud Security Alliance, NIST, PCI, etc.
- Experience with AzureAD, Okta UD, JumpCloud, OneLogin, PingDirectory, Active Directory, eDirectory, Oracle Internet Directory, Radiant Logic, and other Cloud/LDAP/Virtual directories
- Basic understanding of networking technologies such as HTTP, TCP/IP, firewalls, and encryption

Role Description Swiftly now has contracts with over 200 transit agencies, and an increasing number of these agencies are mid-sized and large. Our goal is to grow that number, and Solutions Engineers play a critical role by balancing agency knowledge with a strong desire to help our prospective customers. We are looking for junior to mid-level Solutions Engineers. What You'll Do: - Lead the product demonstration portion of Swiftly demos for transit agencies, transit operators, consultancies, and potential partners. - Partner with the relevant Account Executive/Account Manager to develop and drive a particular agency's strategy, angle, and pitch to best demonstrate Swiftly’s value and overcome blockers. - Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, building strong business cases, and providing technical expertise to support the sales process. - Organize and run 2-3 day onsite workshops, where we train agency staff and help them see Swiftly's value for mid-sized and large agencies. - Run pilot periods, including limited-time free agency access to Swiftly, with the goal of deriving quantitative savings and results to inform a strong business case for mid-sized and large agencies. - Quickly understand complex engineering concepts and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences. - Build and maintain productive, high-trust relationships with agency staff and internal teams, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. - Develop new tools and processes to assist with proving the value of Swiftly. - Serve as a technical resource and domain expert for internal teams. - Provide accurate, relevant first-line technical responses during all phases of the sales cycle. - Participate in sharing learnings and best practices with the SE team and beyond. • Participate in Requirements sessions with customers to understand product fit w.r.t. requirements and the resulting gaps. • Solution the requirements within product boundaries through configurations customizations and integrations. • Manage an implementation team consisting of team lead, Salesforce developers, UI developers, QA and BA to deliver as per project plan. • Manage customer interactions throughout the project for project scheduling, requirements and solutioning, dependency tracking, integrations, sprint reviews, UAT planning and management, live cutover and transition support. • Guide the team on configurations, customizations, integrations working in tandem with technical leads in the Delivery organization as an when required. • Work with product team for providing inputs on generic requirements observed, sharing generic development done, reporting issues observed, getting feedback on extension approach used for new extension patterns. • Be a contact point for Terafina support team for handling delivery issues reported by customers via the support team.
