Regional Sales Supervisor
Grupo Art-Latex
• Supervise and develop the team of Sales Representatives in the state of Rio de Janeiro • Monitor commercial performance indicators (revenue, categories, average sales period) • Conduct strategic field visits to provide support, development and goal alignment • Propose and execute commercial strategies to expand the customer base • Identify growth opportunities in the retail channel, especially in the party/celebrations segment • Evaluate opportunities to operate in complementary channels (wholesale and supermarkets)
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration
- Experience with party products, balloons, or confectionery items
- Experience managing teams of sales representatives
- Experience with packaging for seasonal occasions
- Experience in the food production/processing market (culinary professionals, pastry chefs, bakeries)
- Experience with direct or indirect management of sales representative teams
- Strategic profile, results-oriented and focused on targets
