Senior Product Manager
Littelfuse
• Own and evolve the product strategy for the IEC fuse portfolio. • Build and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap. • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies. • Support market modeling and strategic planning for the Industrial Business Unit. • Identify and manage relationships with global suppliers. • Identify new product opportunities and lead the introduction of IEC standard fuses. • Translate customer and market needs into product requirements. • Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marcom to ensure successful product launches. • Drive product readiness, documentation, and release processes. • Explore potential acquisitions or product line expansions. • Support manufacturing line creation and operational implementation. • Own product family profitability and pricing strategy. • Monitor performance and drive actions to improve revenue and margins. • Lead product rationalization and manage inventory health. • Support vendor negotiations and change management processes. • Provide technical and commercial support for key customer engagements. • Participate in customer visits, presentations, and industry events. • Support quoting, proposals, and sales release activities. • Deliver Tier 2 product support in collaboration with Sales, QA, Engineering, and Procurement. • Ensure customers receive timely, accurate product information.
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in industrial, electrical, or electronics manufacturing.
- Strong background in Product Management within the industrial or electrical sector.
- Deep knowledge of IEC fuse standards, applications, and European market landscape.
- Experience working with or negotiating with IEC fuse manufacturers.
- Engineering degree required (Electrical Engineering preferred).
- MBA is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel; SAP/BW familiarity is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑starter with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.

• Develops and delivers winning HEOR strategy and tactics, with high quality and on-time availability, including outcomes research and other relevant access and healthcare systems evidence and HEOR deliverables (incl. Global Value Dossier, Cost-effectiveness Models, Budget Impact Models, evidence synthesis, PCO or PRO strategy, access-enabling studies, etc.) • Ensures that payer and healthcare needs are reflected into Phase 3b/4, RWE and integrated evidence plans to meet the needs of external experts and institutions involved in reimbursement, pricing, access and healthcare systems decisions • Collaborates across divisions and functions to ensure effective integration of HEOR and payer evidence deliverables (global value dossiers, cost effectiveness and budget impact models) into integrated product strategies, to enable and support in-country reimbursement submissions / negotiations • Partners closely with Regional and Country teams to design and oversee rollout of global HEOR and payer-evidence strategies and to support local launch preparations and activities concerning access, HEOR, HTA and payer interactions, to achieve reimbursement and other positive funding recommendations and optimal access • Interacts with payers and relevant customer groups in priority countries, gather Country-level insights and feedback, integrate into winning HEOR and payer strategies and tactics, incorporating HEOR perspective in overarching cross-functional product strategies and tactics
Senior Product Manager – Intelligent Access

• Define and execute the product vision for E9 and E3 systems, aligning with Calix’s Intelligent Access EDGE strategy. • Lead product lifecycle activities ranging from product concept to end of life. • Define and monitor key business metrics for E9 and E3 systems, with a focus on accurate forecasting, improving revenue and margin, and reducing total cost of ownership for Calix systems. • Lead cross-functional planning for interoperability across ONTs, PON variants (GPON, XGS-PON, NG-PON2, 50G PON), and third-party vendor systems. • Collaborate with Product Line Leadership (PLL), engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to articulate detailed product requirements and use cases. • Own the requirements and use case documentation, ensuring alignment with feasibility studies and customer proposals. • Drive OMCI and ONT interoperability testing and resolution, working closely with development and sales teams. • Support strategic customer proposals by translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions. • Represent Calix in customer meetings, RFP responses, and interoperability forums. • Partner with hardware and software engineering to guide architecture decisions and resolve field issues. • Work with marketing and sales to position E9/E3 capabilities effectively in competitive contexts.
