Product Owner – Core

Duelbits

• Oversee the end to end journey of Core Product Development initiatives • Maintain your Product Backlog, ensuring that each item has clear value to the business and is correctly prioritised based on strategic impact and technical dependencies • Act as the guardian of the Core platform and be the go-to person for any updates, issues or questions related to platform capabilities • Own and evolve critical platform components, such as; UI/UX, Payments and Wallets, KYC, AML and Compliance Services and Internal Admin Systems • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, performance and security through close collaboration with Engineering, DevOps and Architecture teams • Monitor and report on platform health using commercial and technical KPIs (e.g. uptime, latency, error rates, conversion funnels) • Collaborate with other Product Owners across our verticals and offer support to internal teams across Casino, Sports, Marketing, Fraud, VIP and Compliance by providing shared services and reusable platform capabilities • Identify technical bottlenecks and opportunities for automation, system improvements and operational efficiency • Perform competitor and market analysis focused on platform trends, technology stacks and emerging tools.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role working on Core, Platform or Infrastructure products
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, integrations and modern web architectures
  • Experience working in regulated and non-regulated markets
  • Analytical minded, data-driven and strategic thinker
  • Knowledge of crypto technologies, wallets and payment systems
  • Strong communicator both verbally and digitally through channels like Slack, Teams, etc.
  • Comfortable working with highly technical teams and translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Pro-active mindset, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
