• Technische Beratung von Bauherren, Architekten, Händlern und Verarbeitern, sowie Kollegen aus dem Außen- und Innendienst im In- und Ausland (Niederlande und UK) • Bearbeitung von speziellen Projekten im Rahmen der Architektenberatungen • Informations- und Dokumentationspflicht im firmeneigenen CRM-System • Systematische Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung inklusive Dokumentation der Ergebnisse im Rahmen des internen Berichtswesens • Erstellung von Detailzeichnungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen • Beratung bei Produkteinführungen • Erstellung von Windsogberechnungen und bauphysischen Berechnungen, sowie statischen Berechnungen • Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung • Gelegentliche Schulungen und technische Vorträge • Betreuung und Beratung von Testungen und Prüfungen zu Erlangung von Nachweisen im In- und Ausland • Im Rahmen der Entwicklung dieser Stelle können weitere Arbeitsfelder entstehen
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium im Bauwesen, alternativ eine Meisterausbildung im Dachdeckerhandwerk oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Umfassende Branchenkenntnisse und idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Flachdachbereich
- Bereitschaft zur aktiven Teilnahme an abteilungs- bzw. abteilungsübergreifenden Arbeitsgruppen, Workshops und Umfragen
- Gute Anwendungskenntnisse im Bereich Entwässerungs-, Wärme- und Feuchte-, sowie Kalkulations- und Ausschreibungssoftware
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und hohes Organisationstalent
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit zu einem effektiven Zeit- und Kostenmanagement
- Reisebereitschaft und regelmäßige Besuche an unseren Standorten Hamburg und Waltershausen (Thüringen)
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

Role Description As a bilingual 988 Crisis Counselor, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to all help-seekers in English and Spanish via telephone. A high emphasis is placed on quality assurance and efficiency for this role. - Offers crisis-counseling services via phones with the program goal of answering 95% of calls within 20 seconds or less. - Completes safety assessment, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with help seekers. - Serves as a mandated reporter in cases of suspected abuse or neglect. - Is familiar with resources and providing information and referrals to help seekers as appropriate. - Maintains accurate and detailed contact reports. Documentation must be completed in real time. - Mentors volunteers during their training process and provides on-going mentorship. - Fulfills continuing education requirements as requested and/or required for the agency, Suicide Prevention Center program and contracts. - Attends routinely scheduled meetings for the Suicide Prevention Center.
