• Manage and support Windows, Linux, and cloud-based servers (Azure, AWS, VMware) • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; troubleshoot and resolve incidents • Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues from IT support teams • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) • Automate system provisioning, configuration management, and deployments • Design and optimize cloud environments for scalability, security, and cost efficiency • Manage VMware clusters, storage systems, and networking • Support containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) where applicable • Enforce identity and access management best practices (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA) • Implement and monitor security hardening, patching, and vulnerability management • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.) • Partner with developers, network engineers, and security teams to deliver resilient solutions • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across the IT organization • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years in Systems Engineering, DevOps, or IT Infrastructure roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Hyperflex stack or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Expertise in automation & scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog)
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

You’ll work across the stack—from ingesting crypto-asset data from exchanges and block explorers, to building performant APIs, to designing intuitive dashboards that help portfolio managers monitor holdings, vesting schedules, and counterparty risk. Key Responsibilities Backend API Development Design, implement, and secure REST/GraphQL endpoints for both on-chain and off-chain data. Automate data ingestion from exchanges, DeFi protocols, custodians, and OTC counterparties. Optimize data pipelines for reliability, low latency, and secure transmission. Data Normalization and Storage Normalize diverse crypto data types (trades, transfers, vesting events, price feeds).
