Field Services/IT Engineer
Vision RT Ltd
• Install, support, and maintain Vision RT product range. • Perform site surveys ensuring all aspects of installation requirements are met in line with Vision RT processes and procedures. • Provide reactive breakdown support (remote and on site). • Provide planned maintenance/ upgrade support (remote and on site). • Plan and perform installations in line with Vision RT installation processes & procedures. • Liaise with customers and our installers.
Job Requirements
- Technically qualified experienced field engineer
- Hardware Diagnostic experience.
- Excellent knowledge and PC hardware skills including replacing PC components.
- Windows 10 and Windows 7; Registry editing; TCP IP Networking; Windows Updates; Com Ports; Firewalls; OS Upgrades; using Windows Images.
- Trouble shooting utilising Event Viewer; Error Logs; Debug etc.
- Overview knowledge of firewalls and configuration.
- Ability to work independently and part of a cross functional teams.
- SQL
- Medical Devices, ideally Medical Imaging or Radiotherapy
