• You strategically position our Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring and Lifecycle Services solutions with hospital customers in eastern Germany • You support our (Key) Account Managers throughout the entire sales process – from needs assessment and proposal preparation to negotiation • You configure tailored product and service packages (including updates and upgrades) for existing customers • You confidently present our solutions in customer meetings, product demonstrations, trainings, as well as at trade fairs and specialist events • You collaboratively develop sales strategies with the team and support the implementation of local sales concepts • You monitor the competition and provide input for the further development of our portfolio to Marketing and Sales • You handle customer inquiries and complaints in a solution-oriented manner with the goal of long-term customer satisfaction • You work closely with Customer Service and other interfaces to continuously improve processes • You maintain leads, opportunities and forecasts in our systems (e.g. Salesforce) to ensure reliable sales planning.
Job Requirements
- A degree in a technical, business or medical field – alternatively, extensive clinical experience with relevant advanced training
- Several years of experience selling medical technology, service, or consulting solutions in the healthcare environment
- Good understanding of clinical workflows and decision-making processes in healthcare, and basic medical knowledge
- Ideally experience in healthcare informatics, eHealth, and knowledge of reimbursement structures in the DACH region
- Confident, persuasive presence with strong sales and IT affinity and excellent negotiation skills
- High level of initiative, reliability and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and the ability to quickly identify customer needs and develop suitable solutions
- Willingness to travel within the South region (including a Class B driving license)
- Good MS Office skills and a confident use of digital tools and CRM systems
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
