Full Stack Developer

RYZE

• Shopify Development & Architecture • Design, develop, and maintain Shopify storefronts, themes, and custom functionality. • Build and extend Shopify apps, integrations, and workflows using Liquid, Shopify APIs, and webhooks. • Own post-purchase experiences, customer portals, bundle builders, quizzes, and custom checkout flows. • Ensure Shopify implementations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business growth. • Full Stack Engineering • Build responsive, high-performance front-end experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3. • Develop and maintain secure back-end services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies. • Create and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support data flow across platforms. • Integrate third-party tools including Klaviyo, Recharge, analytics platforms, fulfillment systems, and payment gateways. • Performance, Optimization & Data Integrity • Monitor site performance, Core Web Vitals, and load speed; implement ongoing optimizations. • Debug and resolve production issues quickly to maintain uptime and customer experience. • Ensure accurate event tracking, analytics integrity, and data consistency across systems. • Support experimentation, A/B testing, and CRO initiatives in partnership with Growth teams. • Collaboration & Delivery • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, and Operations to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, offering recommendations and tradeoffs. • Use ClickUp (or similar tools) to manage tasks, timelines, and development priorities. • Stay current on Shopify platform updates, emerging technologies, and eCommerce best practices.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full stack or Shopify-focused eCommerce development experience
  • Deep expertise with Shopify (Plus preferred), Liquid templating, and custom app development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience building back-end services using Node.js, Python, or similar languages.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and microservice patterns.
  • Proven ability to think ahead and design solutions that scale with business growth.
  • Experience working in ClickUp or comparable project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO, site performance optimization, and conversion-focused development.
  • Startup, DTC, or high-growth brand experience strongly preferred.
