Field Application Manager

Danaher Corporation

• Overseeing the deployment and support of diagnostic applications and systems • Managing a team of application specialists • Ensuring that diagnostic solutions are effectively implemented, optimized, and maintained to meet customer needs • Working closely with internal teams and external customers to drive successful adoption and utilization of diagnostic applications • Analyzing and providing statistics for Field Service Applications Team to improve objectives and set KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • A Master’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in application support and deployment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proven experience in the diagnostics industry, with a strong understanding of diagnostic applications and systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Driving License and fluent in Italian and English
  • Ability to travel 50%
