• Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations • Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools • Act as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders • Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs • Administer HR programs including performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leaves, disciplinary matters, and investigations • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws • Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies • Guide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions • Act as an ambassador for company culture and support internal communication
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience
- 3-5 years within an international environment (previous HR experience in Italy is a must)
- Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country: Italy is mandatory, Spain and Portugal would be ideal
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with a comprehensive HRIS systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Role Description International Data Corporation (IDC) is seeking a dynamic People Enablement Specialist to be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing programs that empower employees to thrive within the Product, Research & Data, and Delivery organization. This role reports to the Director, People Enablement and partners with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to drive capability building, leadership development, and adoption of new ways of working aligned to organizational strategy.
