• Own full-cycle recruiting for EU-based roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and close • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role needs, align on profiles, and keep processes moving • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear, thoughtful communication throughout the interview process • Build and maintain strong pipelines across technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on quality and speed • Track progress, flag bottlenecks, share clear feedback on what’s working, what’s not, and where we should adjust • Help evolve our recruiting practices as we grow, including interview structure, candidate experience, and role calibration • Support light People/HR initiatives as our first EU People hire, including onboarding coordination and responding to employee questions as needed
Job Requirements
- 4 - 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments
- Comfortable owning roles independently and moving searches forward without heavy oversight
- Recruited for technical roles and can confidently partner with engineering leaders, while also supporting business or operational hires
- Communicate clearly and directly; candidates trust you, and hiring managers rely on you
- Adaptable, organized, and steady under shifting priorities
- Enjoy building and improving processes, even when they’re not fully defined yet
