• Work with the Team Lead for the analysis of highly complex data sources, identifying trends and patterns in data and make recommendations based on analysis results • Perform root cause analysis on complex data anomalies and working closely data stewards to define best practice • Ability to develop Measurement Plans for Web & App Analytics Platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. • Ability to Test & Debug the Analytics Data Collection using various debugging tools • Analyze data and generate insights in form of revenue/growth prediction, trends and anomalies, customer segmentation, etc. • Work closely with the project management teams to drive delivery and engagement • Drive performance of analytics and tagging capabilities to impact overall business results • Find opportunities to cross-sell other services, including data analysis, attribution analysis, ad-tech, CRM integration, marketing automation, etc.

• Support the Functional, Technical, and Recipe Authoring team to implement Pharmasuite solutions for Life Sciences customers. • Support fit-gap-analysis and configure functional aspects and solution designs for commercial proposals and into solution delivery • Support the authoring of Functional Design Specification to define what functions fit the standard application framework and what custom developed application code is required for site-specific business purposes • Author/review/execute project MES system validation plan (such as informal testing, authoring integration test protocols, formal testing) • Collaborate with the technical development team to define the development activities in a product feature backlog using tools such as JIRA to successfully manage the development of client-specific application code • Support installation activities of Pharmasuite at client sites. • Support Gen AI initiatives.

• Gain a practical understanding of Workday’s implementation methodology at each stage of the project life cycle: Gathering and understanding Customer’s Business Requirements and demonstrating core Workday concepts, utilizing pre-delivered Workday solutions • Translating Customer requirements into configured solutions and ensuring detailed unit testing of the Workday solution • Supporting your customer during multiple rounds of testing, responding to and resolving test issues under the guidance of the Lead Consultant • Undertaking final deployment activities for the customer, including the provision of knowledge transfer and post-production support activities • Within your 1st year you can expect to have worked on at least 3 full-cycle implementation projects within your areas of expertise • Continue to build on the knowledge that you’ve learnt, through additional training offerings and multiple/concurrent project experiences. • Complete the Workday Adaptive Planning Certification training. • Supplement your initial product knowledge through active project engagements, working under the guidance of a Functional Architect or Senior Consultant • Work closely with other Consulting teams on projects, including Integration Consultants, to ensure seamless collaboration between the various touchpoints of the application
