• Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO). • Deploy and operate containerized applications using Azure Container Apps, with readiness to transition to AKS as scale and complexity increase. • Support microservices-based applications built on .NET APIs with React front-end components. • Enable and support AI-enabled workloads leveraging Azure OpenAI and related Azure services. • Partner with the client’s Cloud Technology and Security teams to provision subscriptions, resource groups, and security configurations. • Implement and maintain DevSecOps best practices aligned with the client’s governance, compliance, and security standards. • Support production environments with a focus on availability, scalability, and operational resilience. • Collaborate with multiple product and engineering teams across concurrent projects. • Participate in knowledge transfer and onboarding to the client’s security, compliance, and operating procedures.

• Collaborate with onsite architects and onsite leads to improve SAP BTP engineering development strategy, architecture, and governance of application development and engineering related activities for NBCU • Lead offshore team and work with product and other engineering teams to architect, design and evaluate different technical design options for custom development options keeping in mind industry best practices and NBCU development standards • Take a lead role in creating procedures and documenting for proper rollout and implementations • Support production deployments • Manage relationships with Product Teams, Change Management, Testing and other Engineering teams • Prioritize and schedule enhancements stemming from business needs • Implement procedures to communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders during service interruptions

• Consulting complex delivery organization in order to get effective value delivery for the business • Consulting IT architecture and IT solution of SW projects including design and development of concepts • Designing, developing and continuously optimizing Continuous Integration and delivery processes according project needs • Depending on delivery organization needs taking over responsibility for maintenance & support of enhancement of the pipeline • Development of continuous automation tasks within SW Lifecycle Phases to improve process efficiency • Transfer and foster of DevOps knowledge and culture to team and project members • Evaluation, integration & operation of new technologies & tools in order to innovate topics and concepts • Design and integration of IT security and safety concepts and techniques • Consulting of infrastructure compliance, requirements and best practices

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and resiliency of Resmed’s digital products by designing and operating fault-tolerant systems • Partner with product and platform teams to define and improve service health using operational and customer-experience metrics • Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing solutions that provide real-time visibility into system behavior and customer experience • Analyze system performance, scalability, and capacity, and drive optimizations to improve efficiency and stability in cloud environments • Build automation and tooling to support deployments, scaling, incident response, and operational workflows • Participate in an on-call rotation as part of a globally distributed team, lead incident response efforts, troubleshoot production issues, conduct postmortems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with security and compliance partners to support secure, privacy-aware, and compliant operations • Work closely with engineering teams to improve developer experience, operational maturity, and overall customer experience
