Business Analyst – Analysis & Reporting
Hotelbeds
• Analyze and interpret data related to hotel contracts, supplier agreements, and content information to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Loading & Contents and Quality Control teams, providing recurring and ad-hoc analyses to identify operational improvement opportunities. • Assist in the preparation of presentations and recommendations based on data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret, summarize, and present complex data from multiple sources in a simple and comprehensive way.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel contracts, supplier management, and content information is desirable.
