• Datennutzung zielgerichtet gestalten: In unserem Team berätst du führende Finanzdienstleister zu regulatorischen Fragestellungen, lernst aus fachlichen Anforderungen produktive Prozesse zu gestalten und arbeitest mit modernen Technologien, um die Zukunft unserer Kunden mitzugestalten • Analyse und Konzeption fachlicher Anforderungen aus relevanten Anforderungen für die Finanzdienstleister, dazu zählen BCBS239, FiDA, DORA und die Herausforderungen an moderne Datenarchitekturen zur Verwendung künstlicher Intelligenz • Arbeit in integrierten Teams, die von der Planung über die Konzeption und Umsetzung bis zum Test und Rollout alle Aspekte eines Projektes liefern • Auswertung von Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen - du bist dafür verantwortlich Theorie und Praxis zu vereinen und zu verstehen, wie sich fachliche Informationen in Daten wiederfinden

• Shape targeted use of data: act as a link between business areas (e.g. Risk, Controlling, Corporate Management) and related technological solutions: data analysis and advisory (BI/Analytics) in the Data Warehouse, ideally with a technical focus in the financial services sector (e.g. banks, insurance, FinTech). • Design and align technical solution approaches in close collaboration with business stakeholders (requesters) and IT developers (implementers) – you are the interface between technology and business. • Execute SQL data analyses and testing independently; ideally have some exposure to other programming languages such as Python or R (or other data science tools) in both on-premise and cloud environments. • Develop technical solution concepts. • Be open to learning new methods and technological approaches. • Creating data models, database structures and/or data quality metrics in the context of data warehousing may be required. • We learn from the best: you will pass on your knowledge to our junior consultants through training and mentoring.

• You bring structure to complex projects, especially in the financial services sector • Data integration & building robust ETL pipelines (your pipelines run like clockwork!) • You enjoy working with low-code tools and are eager to make Ab Initio one of your core strengths • Creating dashboards and reports (boring is a thing of the past — your visualizations are polished and effective!) • You review process requirements and translate them into technical solutions (you'll make programming languages your best friends!) • Collaborate with the team on innovative BI projects • Data analysis & modeling (you spot trends before they become mainstream) • You support our seniors with brain, heart, and drive, and are keen to take ownership of projects independently.
