Job Requirements
- German language proficiency at C1 level is mandatory for project work and communication
- English language proficiency at C1 level is also required
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field (Master of Data Disaster Prevention)
- Some initial experience or strong interest in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics (we learn every day here anyway!)
- You know the right tool for almost every problem
- Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall are not trendy destinations for you but practical ways to structure your work (or at least your life) independently
- Strong communication skills, a sense of humor, and team spirit (be prepared to get beaten at laser tag!)
- Big plus: desire for responsibility and a willingness to think outside the box!
