Senior Executive, Accounts & Finance

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, and expense tracking • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, and other management reports • Assist the General Manager on finance-related matters • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data • Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting support • Ensure proper use of accounting systems, primarily Xero • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost control and business growth • Support strategic planning by advising management on financial health and efficiency improvements

Job Requirements

  • At least two solid years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably supporting Singapore-based clients
  • Strong understanding of cash flow management and small business bookkeeping
  • High proficiency in Xero
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Experience using productivity tools such as Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to advise management on cost control, efficiency improvements, and strategies to maintain healthy financial records
  • Experience or familiarity with Singapore accounting practices and basic regulatory requirements (Good to Have)
  • Prior experience supporting management or senior stakeholders in a finance or operations capacity (Good to Have)

Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for managing analysis work in the development of the monthly forecast and leading the annual segment planning process. Planning will include forecasting income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow in the short term (13-week forecasts) and long term (annual/3–5 year outlooks). This position may also analyze potential acquisition candidates by generating discounted cash flow valuation analysis. Location & Travel Details: - This is a remote position and can be located at one of our office locations: Dallas, Miami, or Fargo. - Occasional travel to the office or for meetings may be required.
