Circle
• Work directly with Product Managers, business owners, and Finance partners as products are designed and built. • Evaluate financial risks associated with new products, features, deals, and market expansions. • Partner with cross-functional teams and FRM counterparts to develop and use financial risk metrics, scenarios, and dashboards. • Ensure financial risks and mitigations are clearly documented before launch, with defined owners and escalation paths. • Monitor product performance after launch and help teams adjust controls, or product design when risks change.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product-adjacent financial risk roles in banking, trading, fintech.
- Strong understanding of financial risks arising from complex financial products including credit, liquidity, market, and financial operations risk.
- Hands-on experience with risk analytics, counterparty due diligence, limit sizing, stress testing and scenario analysis.
- Proven experience working collaboratively and effectively with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise risk frameworks into product-level requirements and controls.

Role Description The Senior Manager, Performance Economics (Service Fund Audit) will support the performance analysis and financial reporting for our Medicare Advantage line of business. The Senior Manager of Performance Economics will perform due-diligence on payer reporting and financial reconciliations.
