Job Requirements
- 5+ років в динамічному середовищі — HR, COO (operations), business development
- Досвід формування HR стратегії та команд
- Великий досвід в Talent Management
- Вміння оцінювати ефективність HR ініціатив через дані — великий досвід роботи з аналітичними даними та звітами
- Чудова письмова та усна комунікація
- Рівень англійської — Advanced+
- Вміння візуалізації процесів/структур
- Досвід роботи з фінансовою звітністю компаній — розуміти суть і природу показників.
