Scrum Master – Junior/Intermediate/Senior

• Ensure the project is grounded in and guided by Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum • Coordinate sprints and Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and planning) • Train team members in Agile frameworks • Manage the scope and schedule of each project • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration • Act as the point of contact for client communications • Work with product owners to process backlogs (backlog entry/grooming) and handle new requests

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed)
  • Advanced English preferred
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM)
  • Project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with training, reporting, Agile projects, and dashboards
  • JQL (Jira Query Language)
