Solution Advisor – French Speaking

• Partner with the Sales team to support the acquisition of new enterprise customers. • Lead engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business objectives. • Design and deliver proof-of-concepts, mapping detailed customer requirements to beqom’s technology. • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from Global Heads of Reward to Reward Analysts. • Produce high-quality written deliverables, including RFP responses and security questionnaires. • Participate in customer meetings, events, and occasional travel as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR technology (presales, sales, or consulting) or in an in-house role within reward, compensation, performance management, or pay equity teams.
  • Native-level French and fluent English.
  • Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and product demo skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and collaborative approach.
