Sales and Marketing Support Assistant
PMR Healthcare
• Maintain and update the company CRM & other company databases as applicable; training provided to be a subject matter expert on these systems • Assist with & create marketing/sales collateral such as proposals, reports, brochures, and presentations • Assist with social media posting and content coordination • Generate reports for clients & internal stakeholders • Assist with basic market and competitor research • Organize files, templates, and marketing resources • Provide general clerical support for internal/external marketing and sales activities
Job Requirements
- 3+ years minimum paid full-time work experience using similar skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively across multiple platforms.
- Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organized with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.
- CRM experience a bonus-- currently using HubSpot.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
