Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (from the 3rd semester) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge of databases
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
