• Identify and evaluate relevant RFP (Request for Proposal) opportunities • Use our internal tool to manage and file RFPs • Draft, coordinate, and finalize proposal documents • Analyze RFP requirements and assess opportunity fitment for the organization. • Coordinate with leadership and internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational, and commercial inputs for submissions. • Collaborate closely with MSP leadership for pricing, calculations, and proposal structuring. • Manage the end-to-end RFP submission lifecycle. • Track submission timelines, compliance requirements, and follow-up activities. • Maintain documentation and records of submitted proposals and opportunities. • Support business development initiatives within the MSP division. • Continuously monitor market opportunities and procurement platforms.

• Lead implementation and configuration of Halo PSA • Customize workflows for various business processes • Integrate Halo PSA with existing tools • Create SOPs and train internal teams

• This is a service-delivery seat, not a project or implementation role • The successful candidate will spend the majority of their day on the phone and in tickets with end users, working through Tier 2 issues, escalating cleanly to senior engineers when warranted • Keeping our RMM and PSA hygiene in good order • Strong phone etiquette, a calm professional manner, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical end users are weighted heavily.

• Supporting the sales team with proposal creation • Business requirement documentation (BRD) • Client interactions for custom software and mobile app development projects • Preparing decks and creating proposals

• Use AI tools like Claude to: • Generate code from well-structured prompts • Debug and refine outputs • Iterate toward production-ready solutions • Break down problems into structured prompts and workflows • Experiment with “vibe coding” approaches—rapid prototyping using AI assistance • Document prompts, outputs, and learnings clearly • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions • Communicate ideas, challenges, and solutions clearly in spoken and written English

• Manage complete accounting lifecycle: bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close • Ensure accuracy across AR/AP, payroll, revenue, and expense tracking • Handle accounting for US and international entities • Collaborate with external accountants/CPAs for Payroll taxes, compliance, and reporting • Manage financial consolidation across multiple entities • Identify manual processes and build automation workflows • Prepare monthly MIS, variance analysis (Actual vs Budget)

• Design, build, and maintain API integrations between various SaaS platforms • Leverage middleware platforms to orchestrate multi-step automation workflows • Develop and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0 • Ensure all integrations meet compliance requirements • Document integration architectures and data flows • Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose improvements • Manage multiple integration projects concurrently

• Lead the UI/UX function, ensuring high-quality user-centered experiences • Define and execute the UI/UX strategy across multiple digital products • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers fostering innovation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into product experiences • Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their product vision and user requirements

• Design and develop scalable Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Angular and React • Build reusable UI components and frontend modules using modern JavaScript frameworks • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise backend services • Maintain clear API contracts between frontend applications and backend systems • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across web applications • Work with API Management (APIM) Gateway and Developer Portal for API integrations • Support event-driven architectures by integrating with Azure Event Hubs / PubSub-based systems • Participate in code reviews and enforce frontend development best practices • Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving the overall frontend architecture • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices • Contribute to CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps (Repos, pipelines, and deployments)
