Partner Acquisition Manager
Sinch
• Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels (cold calling, email, social media, etc.). • Target and build relationships with prospective partners and resellers for Sinch MessageMedia and Sinch Engage. • Clearly and concisely articulate the value proposition of Sinch's products and services. • Book qualified meetings and appointments for the senior sales team. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Acquisition, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex solutions in a simple, consultative manner.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
- Experience in the SaaS, CPaaS, or telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Minimum 4–6 years of related professional experience
- Experience working in roles requiring independent task ownership
- Background in positions involving problem-solving and decision-making responsibility
- Exposure to environments where new processes or approaches had to be determined
