Remote Recruitment

• Conduct deep-dive searches to identify niche scientific and engineering professionals across hardware, life sciences, and emerging tech. • Assess and interpret CVs that may lack standard terminology or clear parallels, using logical inference and domain understanding. • Communicate credibly with highly skilled scientists and engineers, asking informed questions that uncover relevant experience and fit. • Schedule and conduct candidate interviews to qualify technical and cultural alignment. • Collect and manage references with diligence and professionalism. • Support recruitment operations for startup clients, including administrative tasks that contribute to business development. • Maintain consistent, empathetic communication with candidates throughout their application journey—successful or not. • Represent the client and recruitment partner brand with integrity and intelligence.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field strongly preferred (Physics, Life Sciences, Engineering, etc.)
  • 2+ years' experience in resourcing, technical recruitment, or talent research—ideally in the science or startup space.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and read between the lines when evaluating candidate profiles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with technical professionals.
  • High attention to detail, meticulous follow-up, and genuine care for the candidate experience.
  • Comfortable using Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection, a laptop, and a quiet working environment.
