Procurement Analyst, Supplier Management, Fee Collections

Cushman & Wakefield

• Manage supplier maintenance fee collections end-to-end • Resolving billing discrepancies and processing refund requests • Develop and implement collection strategies • Investigate and resolve billing issues and payment disputes • Work closely with cross-functional teams and supplier partners • Identify and execute enhancements to supplier communication and workflows • Review and present monthly fee collection reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years' experience working as part of a supplier management program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform (preferred)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship-building abilities
  • Self-starter capable of working independently in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

This is a non-supervisory, bargaining unit position. The incumbent of this position will work a Maixiflex, Compflex or flexitime work schedule.
