Global ABM Director
Momentum Data
• Own and evolve Momentum Data’s ABM strategy across customer expansion and new business acquisition • Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs for enterprise and strategic accounts • Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to align on target accounts, account plans, messaging, and success metrics • Develop scalable ABM frameworks that can be adapted across regions, industries, and account tiers • Drive account engagement, pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and expansion revenue • Oversee ABM-related content, personalization, and campaign orchestration across channels • Define and track ABM KPIs, attribution, and ROI, continuously optimizing based on performance • Act as a subject-matter expert on ABM internally and externally, helping position Momentum Data as a leader in the space • Collaborate with Product and RevOps to ensure tooling, data, and workflows support ABM execution
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing
- Proven track record running ABM programs for enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Strong understanding of how ABM supports both customer expansion and new logo growth
- Experience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect ABM activity to revenue outcomes
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
- Experience in B2B SaaS or martech environments strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working in remote, international teams is a plus.

Role Description The Director – IT for Platform Automation owns evangelizing, opportunity evaluation, execution and support of Intelligent Automations for the nation’s largest anesthesiology group practice with over 2 million cases annually. They will partner with the IT Solution Managers and their business stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute new automation opportunities. They will also facilitate the full automation life cycle automation development activities to meet the USAP business objectives. Automations span all business units including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Finance, HR, Legal and IT. The Director – IT for Platform Automation will also be responsible for monitoring and support of all automations within the ecosystem. They will be responsible for working with our managed service provider on the delivery of business SLAs and outcomes for project deliverables.
