• Conduct thorough client intake processes, including initial screening, phone calls, emails, and collection of all required information for attorney review • Prepare and complete necessary forms for submission to USCIS, USPTO, and other relevant entities • Perform detailed legal research and analysis to assist attorneys in handling business immigration cases • Draft, edit, and proofread various legal documents, including briefs, letters, and filings • Maintain effective communication with clients by providing regular updates and promptly addressing their inquiries • Oversee administrative tasks, such as updating and maintaining client files, records, and databases • Write engaging and informative blog articles on business immigration topics to enhance the firm’s online presence • Monitor case progress to ensure deadlines are met and cases are managed efficiently.
Job Requirements
- A degree in law or a related field, with a focus on immigration or business law preferred
- Fluency in both Turkish and English, with exceptional oral and written communication skills
- At least two years of experience in immigration within a U.S. law firm
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications
- Ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection and a computer
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.
