• Prepare comprehensive business plans tailored to client's business models and objectives • Develop financial projections, revenue forecasts, startup cost analyses, and budgeting models • Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to support business narratives • Analyze business structures, operational workflows, and growth strategies • Draft executive summaries, company descriptions, and operational overviews • Organize, review, and structure supporting documentation for client cases • Revise and refine business documents based on internal and client feedback • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, professionally written, and properly formatted • Support administrative and documentation-related tasks within the case preparation process

• Assist in the creation of SEO-optimized blog and web content • Conduct keyword research using tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner • Support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives • Help prepare SEO performance reports using Google Search Console and Analytics • Participate in team meetings and content strategy sessions • Assist in the planning and scheduling of social media content as needed.

• Prepare detailed business plans for business immigration petitions (including but not limited to E-2, L-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-1, and similar categories) • Develop financial projections, budgets, cash flow analyses, and revenue models in line with immigration case requirements • Work closely with the Billing team to ensure financial assumptions and projections are consistent with internal standards • Collaborate with Immigration attorneys and case teams to align business plans with petition strategy • Translate financial data into clear, professional English narratives suitable for USCIS review • Revise and update business plans based on attorney and billing feedback • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all business plan documentation.

• Conduct thorough client intake processes, including initial screening, phone calls, emails, and collection of all required information for attorney review • Prepare and complete necessary forms for submission to USCIS, USPTO, and other relevant entities • Perform detailed legal research and analysis to assist attorneys in handling business immigration cases • Draft, edit, and proofread various legal documents, including briefs, letters, and filings • Maintain effective communication with clients by providing regular updates and promptly addressing their inquiries • Oversee administrative tasks, such as updating and maintaining client files, records, and databases • Write engaging and informative blog articles on business immigration topics to enhance the firm’s online presence • Monitor case progress to ensure deadlines are met and cases are managed efficiently.

• Lead the monthly accounting close in QuickBooks Online with accurate records and proper documentation, and adherence to GAAP standards. • Validate data from Treasury, Billing, Payments, Payroll, and operational teams; identify and resolve inconsistencies. • Prepare reconciliations, accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments to ensure reliable financial statements. • Maintain and improve the chart of accounts, expense categories, and financial data structures. • Prepare cash flow statements, budget updates, and monthly reporting packages for Partners. • Perform variance analysis and generate insights for financial decision-making. • Propose and implement enhancements to accounting rules, COA structure, and financial governance.
