• Support billing operations managed exclusively through Clio Manage • Be the primary point of contact for billing accuracy, invoice follow-up, and client communication related to financial matters • Manage the complete billing cycle within Clio Manage • Review attorney and staff time entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with billing requirements • Monitor billable hours across multiple matters and attorneys • Coordinate with attorneys regarding billing questions, adjustments, and invoice approvals • Communicate professionally with clients regarding invoices, payments, account balances, and billing inquiries • Follow up on overdue invoices and outstanding balances in a timely and professional manner • Maintain accurate records of billing activity, payment history, and client communications • Assist with trust account and retainer tracking as needed • Support general administrative functions, including document management and scheduling • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
• Support Chapter 11 matters, including preparation of voluntary petitions, schedules, statements of financial affairs, monthly operating reports, disclosure statements, and plans of reorganization • Draft and file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions, schedules, statements, and related pleadings • Prepare means tests, repayment plans, reaffirmation agreements, amendments, and related filings • Prepare complete 341 meeting and hearing packets, including trustee-required documentation, and ensure all required materials are submitted timely • Communicate with clients, trustees, courts, and creditors to collect documents and move cases forward • Use platforms such as BestCase and Clio to maintain case accuracy and track progress • Stay ahead of deadlines and ensure cases run smoothly from start to finish
• Provide comprehensive paralegal support in estate planning and probate matters, including drafting and preparing legal documents • Assist with preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents • Support probate and trust administration, including preparation of petitions, inventories, accountings, and court filings • Utilize estate planning drafting software such as WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, or similar platforms to generate and manage documents • Assist with asset identification, beneficiary coordination, and document organization • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties throughout the estate administration process • Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings • Assist with estate funding and post-execution follow-up • Adapt quickly to new legal workflows and client preferences, supporting matters from intake through resolution

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support tailored to the unique needs of attorneys across various legal disciplines • Operate independently while managing tasks such as drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and monitoring deadlines • Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients during standard business hours (9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time) • Coordinate with legal teams, court personnel, and third parties to ensure smooth case progression • Adapt quickly to new legal workflows and client preferences, supporting matters from intake through resolution • Work remotely with the flexibility to manage a consistent workload of 20–40 hours per week
• Assist with corporate governance matters, including entity formation, corporate records, and organizational documents • Draft and review corporate documents, contracts, NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and other agreements involving proprietary business information • Support attorneys with commercial litigation and business disputes, including matters involving trade secrets and confidential information • Assist with document review, discovery preparation, and case organization for business litigation matters • Organize and maintain sensitive business records and confidential documentation • Prepare document summaries, timelines, and exhibits for attorney review • Maintain and track corporate filings, compliance requirements, and key deadlines • Manage files and documentation within firm case management systems • Communicate with attorneys and team members to ensure projects move forward efficiently • Help maintain accurate records and ensure matters remain organized and on schedule

• Prepare and submit electronic court filings using a client’s designated e-filing platform • Upload finalized documents, enter required case information, and select appropriate filing codes • Review documents prior to filing to ensure formatting, signatures, and attachments are complete (no legal drafting) • Monitor filing status, confirm acceptance, and address rejections or clerk notices as needed • Coordinate corrections and resubmissions when filings are rejected • File and maintain proofs of filing, confirmations, and related court notices • Track filing deadlines and ensure timely submission in accordance with attorney instructions • Maintain organized filing records and documentation within client systems • Communicate filing status and confirmations to internal teams • Provide limited administrative support related to filings and case coordination • Basic admin tasks as needed.
