Job Description

HR Operations Specialist

Securitas Group

• Support the HR team (Payroll, Recruiting, Learning & Development) with administrative and organizational matters • Assist with the creation and management of HR documents – from employment contracts to exit paperwork • Manage and maintain applicant and employee data • General organizational/coordination tasks such as preparing and following up on meetings and trainings, creating reports, presentations, reportings, data preparations, etc. • Act as the interface with internal departments and external partners • Contribute to HR projects and take on a system administrator role for our HR software

Job Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business education (apprenticeship or secondary school diploma)
  • Several years of professional experience in HR administration
  • Knowledge of labor law and experience in payroll processing is an advantage
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Team-oriented, communicative and responsible personality
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of thinking and working
  • Strong commitment and a hands-on mentality
