Senior Salesforce Developer

• Lead the development, configuration, and customization of features within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using declarative tools, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL. • Utilize the Experience Builder and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) or Aura templates to build and customize visually appealing, branded, and responsive self-service portals, partner sites, and public knowledge bases. • Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. • Apply expertise to develop and optimize core Service Cloud functionalities like Case Management workflows, Service Console enhancements, and Telephony/CTI integrations to enhance agent productivity. • Oversee system architecture and code quality, ensuring solutions are scalable, adhere to best practices, and maintain data integrity across all environments. • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, object models, data flow diagrams, and deployment plans. • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to junior administrators on coding standards, development methodologies, and platform best practices. • Take full ownership of team deliverables, leading impactful work within the department and executing projects that align with departmental and organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
  • A proven track record of successful delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and complex integrations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
  • Deep expertise in developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and leveraging declarative features.
  • Proficiency with integration patterns (REST/SOAP), data migration tools, and version control systems (Git).
  • Strong, hands-on experience and solid understanding of core Service Cloud features and best practices (Case Management, Service Console, Entitlements, Knowledge, Telephony/CTI).
  • Proven experience utilizing the Experience Builder and working with LWR or Aura templates for site design, branding, and customization.
  • Deep understanding of the specific security and sharing mechanisms for external users (Partner Community, Customer Community, Customer Community Plus).

Role Description As the Salesforce Technical Architect, SME, you will partner with the Technical Lead to guide the technical vision and integrity of key features and milestones for the AIE system.
