• Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets throughout all lifecycle phases and maintain an integrated project plan • Lead and consult on Salesforce configurations, taking a hands-on role in all aspects of the process • Act as the primary driver of the project, leading the project team while also being directly involved in completing the configuration tasks • Take ownership of the technical aspects of the project, ensuring successful implementation • Guide customers through the change management process, providing resources and strategies to ensure a smooth transition • Maintain accountability for delivery quality and excellence, overseeing junior team members and proactively identifying, resolving, or escalating project risks/issues • Oversee scheduling of configuration, testing, and go-live preparation and coordinate implementations of 3rd party apps, integrations, etc.

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools • Build responsive, reusable UI components using modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS within LWC • Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes following Salesforce best practices • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and middleware tools • Implement complex business logic, validations, and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex • Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and data integrity issues • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Participate in release management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment activities

• Design and oversee Salesforce architecture across clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or custom solutions) • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical designs • Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, security, integrations, and automation • Review and guide development work (admins, developers, and partners) to ensure architectural integrity • Lead system optimization, technical debt reduction, and performance improvements • Design and review integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and data sync tools • Support release planning, multiple environment strategy (lower, staging, pre-prod, prod etc.), and deployment processes • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards • Provide architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical roadmaps • Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders

• Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs to implement complex business logic and custom workflows. • Develop and manage customer and partner portals, Salesforce Communities, and other self-service solutions. • Design, implement, and maintain APIs (REST/SOAP) for external system integrations, ensuring robust and secure communication between Salesforce and third-party applications. • Develop solutions for effective data handling, including data migration, data cleansing, and maintaining data quality in Salesforce. • Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and ensure smooth user experiences • Develop custom objects, fields, and relationships as needed to meet business requirements • Conduct thorough unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Salesforce components and integrations. • Work closely with functional teams, including Business Analysts and QA, to ensure that the developed solutions meet user requirements and business goals. • Maintain detailed documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations for future reference and team onboarding. • Customize and configure Salesforce Communities for seamless collaboration and user engagement • Manage code versions and deployments using Copado.
