Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in web development engineering, with 2+ years managing engineers.
- Demonstrated success leading teams that build scalable, performant, secure web experiences using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) and CMS systems.
- Strong technical foundation enabling effective code review, decision-making, and architectural oversight.
- Experience driving predictable execution across sprints, releases, and large-scale web initiatives.
- Proven ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders (Marketing, Design, Product, Growth).
- Ability to create a healthy team environment with strong morale, trust, and professional development.
