Senior Manager, Commercial Training – Development

Cristcot

• Lead commercial training for Cristcot’s first ulcerative colitis therapy launch. • Design and execute the commercial training strategy in alignment with brand priorities. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and external partners to develop scalable training curricula. • Manage the commercial learning management system and key training vendors. • Own the commercial training roadmap and serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial training needs. • Assess training needs, create educational materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions. • Design and deliver foundational and advanced skills training that strengthen customer facing execution. • Collaborate with senior sales leadership and Marketing to define objectives and develop content for national and regional meetings. • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and presentations for commercial leadership and field teams. • Oversee ongoing training initiatives, including needs assessments and content refresh cycles.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in the pharma or biotech industry, including at least 4 years focused on commercial training, learning and development, or commercial excellence.
  • Possess a process-oriented mindset to ensure Training records and procedures are kept compliant.
  • Recent product launch experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience designing and facilitating training for remote field-based teams.
  • A strong team player that has a partnership and collaboration mindset and is solution oriented.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
