Product Owner

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives. • Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing deliveries that provide the greatest value to users and impact to the business. • Ensure the product evolves iteratively and incrementally, validating hypotheses and learning from feedback. • Create, prioritize and refine the product roadmap, always balancing value, effort and risk. • Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. • Actively participate in refinement and planning sessions with the technical team. • Ensure the backlog is always up to date, prioritized and visible to the team and stakeholders. • Serve as the link between the team and business areas, translating needs into technical requirements and vice versa. • Collect and synthesize feedback from users, customers, sales, support and leadership. • Negotiate priorities and manage stakeholder expectations. • Conduct product demonstrations (Reviews), showcasing delivered value and next steps. • Monitor product metrics (KPIs, OKRs, NPS, churn, retention, conversion, etc.). • Analyze usage data and feedback to support prioritization decisions. • Identify opportunities for improvement, risks and product bottlenecks. • Define hypotheses, run tests and validate (e.g., via A/B testing, user interviews).

Job Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with backlog management, prioritization and agile ceremonies
  • Consistent experience writing user stories
  • Ability to translate business requirements for the technical team
  • Clear communication with direct stakeholders
  • Familiarity with basic product metrics
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with SaaS
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma
  • Knowledge of product metrics (North Star Metric, churn, NPS, conversion, engagement)
