• Active lead prospecting: proactively reach out to attract new customers using lists of both qualified and unqualified leads (hunter profile, working with a high volume of calls and interactions via WhatsApp). • Lead qualification: identify customer needs and profile through phone calls and WhatsApp to ensure they are a good fit for our service. • Product presentation: clearly and effectively explain the benefits and value of our service, highlighting the advantages of a recurring subscription. • Sales closing: guide leads through to closing, negotiating price, terms, and answering questions about the service. • Pipeline management: track interactions with leads, maintain consistent communication flow, and record all relevant information in the CRM. • Follow-up: maintain relationships with leads who did not purchase immediately, performing regular follow-ups until a buying decision is made. • Goal achievement: meet established monthly sales targets, focusing on the number of contracts closed and quality of service. • Post-sale follow-up: ensure the customer has a positive experience at the start of their journey, support subscription activation, and encourage renewals.

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives. • Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing deliveries that provide the greatest value to users and impact to the business. • Ensure the product evolves iteratively and incrementally, validating hypotheses and learning from feedback. • Create, prioritize and refine the product roadmap, always balancing value, effort and risk. • Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. • Actively participate in refinement and planning sessions with the technical team. • Ensure the backlog is always up to date, prioritized and visible to the team and stakeholders. • Serve as the link between the team and business areas, translating needs into technical requirements and vice versa. • Collect and synthesize feedback from users, customers, sales, support and leadership. • Negotiate priorities and manage stakeholder expectations. • Conduct product demonstrations (Reviews), showcasing delivered value and next steps. • Monitor product metrics (KPIs, OKRs, NPS, churn, retention, conversion, etc.). • Analyze usage data and feedback to support prioritization decisions. • Identify opportunities for improvement, risks and product bottlenecks. • Define hypotheses, run tests and validate (e.g., via A/B testing, user interviews).
