• Design the QA Framework: Build our 0→1 testing infrastructure, including manual test plans, and cross-browser/cross-device validation. • Rapid Experimentation Support: Partner with Growth PMs and Frontend Engineers to validate A/B tests and new features at high velocity, ensuring tracking pixels and conversion flows are flawless. • End-to-End Validation: Own the testing lifecycle for our growth features and web experiences—from functional and UI testing to verifying complex API integrations and data privacy standards. • User Advocacy: Think like our users. You will proactively identify UX friction points and edge cases that could prevent a user from successfully navigating their mental health journey. • Bug Tracking and Management: Direct the process of identifying, documenting, and prioritizing bugs. You’ll work across the team to ensure high-priority fixes are deployed before they impact the user experience.

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks from the ground up. • Champion the use of AI-driven testing tools to enhance testing efficiency. • Design and execute complex end-to-end automated test scripts that validate critical business processes. • Develop automated tests specifically for API and integration layers. • Oversee the QA team, including task assignment, performance reviews, and professional development. • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to facilitate continuous testing and immediate feedback on code quality. • Define and track key quality metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders on testing progress. • Collaborate closely with application owners, development, and integration teams. • Drive the adoption of Quality Assurance best practices. • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for development and QA teams.

• Serve as the independent validator and provide final sign-off for high-risk customers and deliverables • Own and continuously improve validation standards, checklists, and acceptance criteria • Investigate data discrepancies, assess root cause, and determine severity and impact • Identify and escalate systemic or recurring issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions • Coach and mentor QA analysts to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to standards across the team • Clearly communicate validation outcomes, risks, and release readiness to the Project Manager and stakeholders

• Validate source-to-target data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Execute standardized Good / Better / Best validation checklists • Identify data quality issues, discrepancies, and potential risks; escalate findings early • Correct data issues under SME guidance (no independent migration or transformation decisions) • Perform peer reviews of other analysts’ validation work to ensure quality and consistency • Document validation findings, exceptions, and resolutions clearly and thoroughly • Adhere to established validation processes, controls, and delivery timelines
