• Own and maintain the controls and procedures for proper revenue recognition, playing a key role in month end close activities, including preparing journal entries with supporting schedules, reconciling accounts, and analyzing data into insightful financial narratives. • Be the SME for AUM revenue, bridging the gap between data, operations, and technical GAAP compliance. Including, providing assistance to internal stakeholders regarding assessment and collection issues to resolution. • Be a pioneer and support AI enabled process and system improvements to streamline revenue tasks to shorten our close cycle while maintaining completeness and accuracy. • Act as a strategic partner to FP&A, providing the data-driven insights that steer company-wide financial decisions and modeling. Including, identifying and resolving issues and finding ways to prevent them going forward. • Ensure audit-ready documentation and serve as the primary contact for external auditors on AUM-related inquiries.

IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience. The Merchant’s primary responsibility is to drive growth in their assigned MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) product categories to increase sales, enhance competitiveness, and improve customer satisfaction across partner networks. Additionally, the Merchant serves as the subject matter expert for their assigned categories, with a strong emphasis on performance from day one. To achieve these goals, the Merchant will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor performance to inform category strategy. They will conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvements. A key responsibility includes forming a comprehensive promotional strategy sponsored by IME, retailers, manufacturers, and service providers to gain market share. This position is highly visible within the company and will have frequent interaction with senior leadership. The Merchant will also collaborate with various departments such as Compliance, Licensing, Central Processing, Business Development, and Customer Solutions. An ideal candidate will be results-driven, focused on service initiatives, and capable of optimizing category performance while aligning strategies in a unique operating structure without direct internal employees. This candidate will act as the key link between the company and its partners while serving as a subject matter expert and interfacing with multiple internal departments. • Support the monthly general ledger close process, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules. • Assist in preparation of commercial related accruals and R&D accruals, including coordination with functional stakeholders and timely recording in the general ledger. • Perform cash reconciliations as part of the monthly close process and investigate and resolve variances. • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting deliverables. • Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with the FP&A team, including data gathering, analysis and tracking of actuals versus forecast. • Maintain and improve accounting processes, documentation and controls to support accuracy and scalability. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate financial information and support ad hoc analyses as needed.

• Supports the Accounting month end close process through preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and other Accounting reports • Prepares and posts monthly standard and adjusting journal entries • Prepares journal entries to record financial transactions to the general ledger • Reviews assigned general ledger accounts for propriety and reasonableness, investigates questionable transactions, forms reasonable conclusions, makes recommendations to Accounting Management • Prepares monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts • Identifies, researches, and corrects account discrepancies • Examines a variety of financial statements and documents for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with accounting requirements • Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as required by management • Interfaces and coordinates with various departments within the Company • Liaison with external parties including outside tax accountants and physicians/groups • Assists in the annual financial audits
