Restaurant Account Manager

• Be the go-to owner for your restaurant portfolio, proactively identifying risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth, and working cross-functionally to support and expand your accounts • Drive operational improvement with restaurant partners, owning outcomes related to reliability, responsiveness, and overall performance on the platform • Bring your analytical A-game by monitoring portfolio KPIs, identifying trends, surfacing actionable insights, and measuring the impact of operational initiatives • Partner closely with Restaurant Sales, Logistics, and Customer Success to share feedback, resolve live issues, and continuously optimize operations and strategy • Own the end-to-end process for building and maintaining healthy restaurant rotations — balancing variety, client preferences, performance, and real-world operational constraints, including addressing underperformance when needed • Act as an ambassador for the Sharebite mission, brand, and product in all restaurant interactions • Visit restaurant partners and client sites as needed to support launches, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure smooth execution in live environments

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: 1–3+ years in an operations-heavy account management, client services, restaurant operations, or food / delivery / hospitality-facing role where you owned ongoing performance – not just relationships.
  • Operational Ownership: Demonstrated experience managing live issues, prioritizing under pressure, and driving problems to resolution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Restaurant & Partner Fluency: Comfortable working directly with restaurant owners, operators, and managers, with an understanding of how day-to-day restaurant operations, staffing, and constraints impact performance.
  • Analytical & Metrics-Driven: Able to review performance data, identify trends, and use metrics to inform decisions, improvements, and tradeoffs.
  • Clear, Direct Communicator: Confident representing Sharebite with external partners and internally – able to set expectations, push back when needed, and align teams quickly.
  • Highly Organized & Adaptable: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, with comfort operating amid ambiguity and changing requirements.
  • Hands-On & Field-Ready: Willing and able to visit restaurant partners and client sites as needed to support launches, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution.

Role Description The Account Manager II is an integral position within the organization working closely with Implementations, Sales and Operations.
