• The Account Manager is responsible for servicing all aspects of customer accounts and relationships. • Oversees campaign setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for a large portfolio of accounts. • Works closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver world-class customer service. • Recommends and implements strategies for driving ongoing client product needs. • Educates customers about DoubleVerify’s platform and how products can be leveraged to meet their goals.
Job Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales with a deep understanding of the online advertising industry.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a proactive, positive approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications (Google Slides/Sheets).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms, measurement solutions, or verification technologies is highly desirable.
- Fluent Dutch and English both written and spoken to a business level is required.
