Senior Advertising Manager

Spreetail

• Lead end-to-end search marketing strategy across all platforms, including launching, managing, monitoring budgets and bids, and continuously optimizing campaigns at the product, keyword, ad group, and campaign levels to drive ROI. • Develop and execute data-driven search marketing initiatives that increase visibility and conversion among high-intent marketplace customers, translating business needs into scalable advertising strategies. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing, Creative, Media, and Account Management teams to ensure a holistic brand approach, margin alignment, and consistent, high-quality advertising deliverables. • Analyze performance and market trends by monitoring competitors, conducting market research, and delivering weekly insights on sponsored advertising impact to overall top- and bottom-line performance. • Act as a strategic search marketing partner by defining brand and search needs during pitches, clearly communicating strategies to internal and external stakeholders, staying current on industry best practices, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience successfully managing Amazon PPC Ads, 1-2 years of experience on other marketplaces (Walmart, Target, Ebay, etc), previous ad agency experience or large/multi-brand experience.
  • Knowledge of Online Search Advertising (Amazon and other marketplaces), with a proven record of increasing sales a must.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills and has experience with creating advertising reports and making recommendations on ad budgets and ad management strategies with account managers and clients.
  • BA or higher in Marketing a plus.
  • Ability to work in a face-based, diverse culture across a broad spectrum of clients.
